Gothic Chel

I was inspired of my Ariel Pic of the #dtiyschallenge from @philtomato a while ago ( https://www.artstation.com/artwork/398JqJ ). I thought a goth themed Chel of the DreamWorks Movie the Road to El Dorado, would be a nice Idea. I gave her a Cartoon Network Tattoo. A contrast to the Nickelodeon Tattoo of my Ariel pic. So Here she is. Enjoy.
